A word about our plants
All of our plants are field grown in heavily amended organic rich soil, in full sun for maximum root development. They are full divisions or larger, or grown at least one year from tissue culture. We do not ship first year tissue culture plants. The sizes listed are what can be expected that Hostas will reach in about 3-5 years, if planted in organically amended soil and not disturbed.Flowering times are approximate for northern Illinois.
